Research topic: Novel application of Hemicellulose for food and health (from different plant source)
Debjani received her Master degree in Chemistry from University of Calcutta, India. She worked as a senior research executive at the Unilever R&D (India) prior commencing PhD. Currently, Debjani is working under supervision of Professor Antonio Patti and Professor Gil Garnier. Her research project is looking into new concepts of using hemicellulose in health and food domain.
